Hey,     That's right, I have a new companion! His name is Elder Larsen.  It's been a good 4 days with him, and he's helped me so much already.  It's a new era for sure.  He's very different from Elder Uhlig.  He's been super helpful though.  He's a part of a military family so he can get me on the base.  He brought my passport from Honbu (the Mission office) so I'm actually able to go on base today!  I'm excited! So, somewhat embarrassing experience; It was after Eikaiwa (English class), and Elder Bodily and I were talking about line dances.  I started to do the "floss" dance and an Eikaiwa high school-aged member was like "Oh, I can do that too."  So she started doing the dance too.  After a bit of dancing here and there, showing off our dance moves, she was like "Oh, I'm learning another dance from a k-pop video!  Do you want to dance along?"  Since I like dancing, I was like "Sure!" ...

Bum Bum Bum Bum Bara Bum Bum Bum (The NFT draft jingle)...  In the 2019 missionary draft, Elder Wilson is called to... stay in Urasoe!!!!!!!!  Yay!!!!!!  That's right, I'll be in Urasoe for another transfer.  Elder Uhlig is moving up to Okinawa City to be the Zone Leader over there instead while my new companion, Elder Larsen, will be coming in from Kyushu.  It's been a good ride with Elder Uhlig.  I'll miss him for sure, but we'll be at the next zone conference so we'll see each other for sure.  We sure did have some great times together these past 3 transfers.  Some なつかしい(Natsukashii/ cherished moment)  pictures down below!      So, this week... Elder Uhlig was much better so we actually were able to do things this week. We visited a person in the hospital so much that he took us out to dinner yesterday out of gratitude. He took us out to Taco rice.  This is amazing food.  Just imagine: A taco...

Hey Ho Hello, it's me!    This week was slow. Elder Uhlig was sick so we did almost nothing all week so he could sleep.  He really was dying... well, maybe that is a bit over exaggerating, but anyway, he was really sick.  He still got up at 6:30 a.m., and got ready, realized that he's still sick and went back to bed after taking a shower.  The first day of his sickness (Tuesday), I made him apple sauce and Chicken noodle soup from scratch.  He enjoyed my food!  I'm sure glad about that!  Other than that, I had one extra personal study, an extended language study, and a whole bunch of New Years' deep cleaning that I got done.  On Sunday, we had a Gaijin (foreign) kid come to our ward.  I was glad to be able to talk/translate for him in the primary.  His name is Stephen and we're now friends. Our week of Dendo was about 4 hours this week because of Elder Uhlig's sickness, but we were able to do another Dendo slam (I...
